What you're probably asking
Do I need to be technical to use Kontestia? +
No. Onboarding is guided: connect your WhatsApp Business, upload your business info (paste text or a PDF), choose the bot's tone and you're done. Takes under 10 minutes.
What types of businesses does it work for? +
Any business that gets customer messages via WhatsApp: restaurants, clinics, retailers, real estate, gyms, salons, independent pros, hotels, schools, tech services, ecommerce. If your business info can be written down, the bot uses it.
In what language does the bot reply? +
In the language you set in the config. Default Spanish, but you can set English, Portuguese, French, etc. The bot also auto-detects the customer's language and replies in their language.
Does my current WhatsApp Business work? +
Yes. Kontestia uses the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API). You need a verified Meta Business account, which we help you set up during onboarding.
Does the bot reply the same to every customer? +
No. It remembers up to 20 prior messages of each conversation, so it understands context. And with the info you upload (prices, hours, products, FAQ), it replies with real data from your business.
What if the bot doesn't know something? +
When it detects a customer wants to talk to a human, or the question is sensitive (urgency, complaint, special case), it pings you instantly on your WhatsApp to take over. The conversation is marked as "handoff" in your panel.
